Cancellation Policy

At Baji Farm Agro Tourism, we understand plans may change. Please read our cancellation policy carefully to know your options.

  1. Standard Ticket Cancellation:

    All standard entry tickets are non-refundable once purchased.

  2. Group Booking Cancellations:

    Group bookings (20 or more) must notify cancellation at least 7 days in advance. Refunds, if any, are at management’s discretion.

  3. Rescheduling:

    Tickets may be rescheduled to another date subject to availability. Please contact us at least 48 hours before the booked date.

  4. Weather or Emergency Cancellations:

    If the park is closed due to weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions, tickets may be rescheduled or refunded at management’s discretion.

  5. Online Bookings:
    • All online booking cancellations must be submitted via email to info@bajiwaterpark.com.
    • Include booking ID, date of purchase, and reason for cancellation.
  6. Changes to Policy:

    Baji Farm Agro Tourism reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Continued bookings imply acceptance of any changes.
