  1. Non-Refundable Tickets:

    All entry tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a promotion or special offer.

  2. Cancellation by Park:

    If the park closes due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, safety, or government restrictions), tickets may be eligible for rescheduling or refund at management’s discretion.

  3. Online Bookings:

    For tickets purchased online, any eligible refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  4. Group Bookings:

    Group booking cancellations must be communicated at least 7 days in advance. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed as per management discretion.

  5. Refund Requests:
    • All refund requests must be submitted via email to info@bajiwaterpark.com.
    • Include booking ID, date of purchase, and reason for the request.
  6. Modifications & Exchanges:

    Tickets may be modified or exchanged subject to availability. No additional fees apply for minor date changes, subject to approval.

  7. Management Rights:

    Baji Farm Agro Tourism reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
