Baji Farm Agro Tourism's Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and services. Please read carefully before visiting.

  1. Admission Rules:

    All visitors must purchase a valid entry ticket. Children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult.

  2. Safety Guidelines:
    • Life jackets must be worn in deep water zones.
    • Follow all lifeguard instructions.
    • Do not run on wet surfaces to avoid slipping.
  3. Health Precautions:

    Visitors with heart conditions, high blood pressure, or other serious medical conditions should avoid water rides.

  4. Prohibited Items:
    • No glass bottles or sharp objects allowed inside the park.
    • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the park.
    • Pets are not allowed, except for service animals.
  5. Refund Policy:

    All ticket sales are non-refundable. Tickets cannot be transferred or resold without prior permission.

  6. Behavior & Conduct:
    • Disruptive or offensive behavior will lead to removal from the park without refund.
    • Respect park staff and other visitors at all times.
  7. Liability:

    Baji Farm Agro Tourism is not responsible for personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged. Visitors enter rides at their own risk.

  8. Changes & Updates:

    These terms may be updated periodically. Continued entry or use of the park constitutes acceptance of any updates.
